Our goal is to provide our clients with high-quality care promptly. To do so we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure all appointments are utilized, and everyone's time is respected.
When booking your appointment, you will be asked to pay a deposit that will be credited towards your appointment fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment this must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment your deposit will be put towards a new appointment.
If you provide less than 24-hour notice of a cancellation your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
